Overview

We are working with our client to add a Senior Scrum Master to support delivery across their Salesforce ecosystem. This person will be responsible for driving Agile practices, leading scrum ceremonies, and helping delivery teams execute efficiently across Salesforce-focused initiatives.

This is a high-impact role working closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time delivery of critical customer-facing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

+ Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)

+ Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement

+ Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs

+ Remove blockers and drive issue resolution to keep teams on track

+ Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
