As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support two to three Agile product teams in achieving delivery goals while enabling alignment across the broader product family. You will help teams deliver value, remove impediments, and strengthen Agile practices to improve outcomes and consistency.

**Location:** You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

**Reporting Relationship** : You will report to the Manager, Scrum.

**Salary Range:** The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $124,000.
