Essential Skills & Certifications

• Palo Alto Networks certifications (PCNSA and/or PCNSE) – Required
  

• Cisco certifications (CCNA and/or CCNP) – Required
  

• Strong knowledge of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF
  

• Strong knowledge of switching technologies: VLANs, LAN
  

• Solid understanding of WAN technologies: MPLS, Internet circuits
  

• Experience with QoS (Quality of Service)
  

• Hands-on experience with:
  

  • Palo Alto firewalls
    

  • Cisco routers and switches
    

  • Network security devices (firewalls)
