Job Responsibilities: Oversee the overall well-being of the equipment section, encompassing team morale, KPI performance, and long-term success. Set clear expectations on compliance with MRB, TECN, 8D, and specification requirements. Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure action items are identified and tracked to closure. Drive effective utilization of SPC, FMEA, and Quality Management Systems for timely issue detection and continuous improvement. Establish and sustain continuous improvement programs to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions. Maintain a project monitoring system to track progress and performance against fab requirements. Set section targets and goals to minimize wafer scrap, defects, and rework, while improving process capability to meet operational needs.
