Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates. 
Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance. 
Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel. 
Security Operations & Procedures 
Develop and implement security procedures and protocols. 
Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure. 
Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance. 
Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. 
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. 
Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs. 
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed. 
Requirements Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar supervisory security role.
