Senior Semiconductor R&D / Technology Leader (Systems, Sensors, Innovation & IP)

We are seeking a senior semiconductor technologist with deep experience in product development, technology transfer, and innovation strategy to work on complex, high-value technical matters across the global semiconductor industry.

This role is particularly suited to individuals who have:

• led technologies from concept through industrialization
• contributed to innovation in areas such as sensing, materials, or integrated device performance
• operated at the intersection of engineering, product development, and IP strategy

About the Role

You will work on technically complex matters involving semiconductor product development, system performance, and intellectual property, supporting international engagements that require both deep technical insight and structured analysis.
