8 to 10 years of proven experience in Windows and VMware systems administration.
Strong experience in managing VMware virtualization environments.
Experience in security patching vulnerability management processes.
Knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, system failures, and user problems related to both Windows and VMware system
Escalation points for L1 and L2 Day to day Operational issues, requests and Project tasks Respond and resolve escalated system incidents, problems or outages and accurately report and document solutions Problem determination and resolution within SLAs.
Perform the Shift handovers ticket status check and update Incident Escalation and Progress Monitoring Participate in team on-call response 7x24x365.
