Position Overview
Senior Service Technician for Northern Region (50% on-site for T&C, 50% in-office)
β’ Operate the technical hotline (residential and VRF) for the Northern region; support projects (installation, training, operation).
β’ Monitor the performance of authorized service centers and evaluate the results of service shifts.
β’ Coordinate with factories to resolve technical issues related to service case.
β’ Plan and conduct training for partners (authorized service centers, contractors).
β’ Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
