**Overview**

**Steampunk** is looking for a **Senior ServiceNow Developer** to support one of our federal customers. This leader will help lead the effort to modernize the agency information security program. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who enjoys applying the latest technology to modernize enterprise IT delivery and risk management. The candidate must have a proven ability to learn quickly and leverage ServiceNow to solve real world problems and deliver solutions to promote security automation and process improvement.

+ Supports Service Now team to develop and mature CMDB, ITSM, and other modules by organizing and applying updated policy and workflows.
+ Drives development of business process into Service Now applications to create self service catalog improvements.
