Responsibilities

• Perform installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products
• Diagnostics of machinery malfunctions using condition monitoring tools
• Engagement to improve technical skills through learning programs
• Select and use criteria to assess machinery faults
• Timely completion of service reports and administrative requirements
• React to customer required travel promptly
• Handle diverse clients in the region including Brazil
• Complete Documentation of findings/recommendations
• Professionally communicate with customers and team members
• Perform Asset Management/Reliability Service Studies
• Assess job site Safety and perform services as per Bently Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality
• Support growth initiatives of the business
