Position Overview We are hiring a Senior Shopify Theme Developer to lead a comprehensive rebuild and modernization of the NOBL Travel Shopify store. This is a project-focused role requiring deep expertise in Shopify theme development, performance optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will own the full technical execution of our theme refresh initiative, working closely with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver a high-performance storefront.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full redesign and rebuild of the Shopify theme, from architecture to deployment and post-launch support
Audit current site performance, identify technical bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies (Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals, load times)
