We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to join a residential development comprising two new-build RC frame apartment buildings.
Working for a reputable main contractor, you will be responsible for managing key elements of the construction programme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations across two residential buildings.Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site.Drive programme delivery and coordinate construction activities.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.Liaise with project management, commercial, design, and client teams.
