Join us as a Senior Site Manager in the West region. The Senior Site Manager is the on-site leader responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful execution of EPC construction projects. This role provides overall field leadership and serves as the primary site representative for Schneider Electric, overseeing subcontractor performance, site logistics, quality assurance, schedule execution, client coordination, and safety compliance. The Senior Site Manager works in close partnership with Project Managers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
