About the RoleA well-established South Coast main contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new £9 million care home scheme in Parkgate.The project is a new build, traditionally constructed three-storey care home, providing approximately 55 bedrooms along with a range ofmunal spaces, kitchen facilities, en-suite amodation, external works and associated packages.
The scheme is due tomence shortly, with the structure starting on site within the next few weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of a project from the early stages through topletion and handover.
