We are currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager who is local to Ilkeston (Derbyshire) for our client in Barnsley. The company is a construction main contractor that offers a full construction service from inception to completion for Blue Chip clients within the Retail, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Leisure, Industrial and Commercial Sectors. They work with clients such as Pure Gym, M&S, the NHS, John Lewis, etc. They handle refurbishments, interior fit‑outs and new‑build projects ranging from £0.5 million to £8 million in value. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team as No1 on site. Existing projects are in Ilkeston, with many follow‑on projects in the same location, primarily new‑build industrial and commercial units between £2‑5 million in value.
