Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to take full ownership of a live multi‑storey recladding / façade project, delivering external envelope works on a technically challenging building.

Role

• Lead delivery of a recladding / façade package on a live project
• Take ownership of programme, quality and site delivery for external works
• Manage cladding subcontractors and interface with client teams
• Oversee installation including:
  • cladding systems
  • insulation, substructure and fire‑rated components
• Coordinate works within a constrained, live environment
• Drive QA, compliance and build quality across the package
