Position Overview

Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on complex projects. 
Operate and maintain specialized machinery and equipment with a high degree of precision and efficiency. 
Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute intricate tasks accurately. 
Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on equipment failures, implementing effective repair solutions. 
Possess a relevant trade certification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) or equivalent. 
Demonstrate 1–3 years of progressive experience in a similar skilled labour capacity. 
Be proficient in operating and maintaining industry–specific tools and heavy machinery. 
Have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
