Summary James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital is looking for a Senior Social Worker who will be assigned to the HUD-VASH program. This position provides Case Management and Housing Search Duties to Homeless Veterans. JAHVH is a Level I-A tertiary medical center with general medicine, surgical, psychiatric, rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, nursing home care beds, spinal cord injury/disorders center, and a polytrauma treatment facility. Responsibilities The selected Social Worker will deliver a comprehensive range of social work services, including detailed assessments, discharge planning, supportive counseling, care coordination, and other relevant services for Veterans and their families, all while adhering to accepted standards of practice.
