About the role

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist Social Worker to join the Youth in Sight team. The team works with adolescents aged 10-18 years who present with complex mental health or emotional dysregulation, including those with repeat hospital admissions. Your role will support families to keep young people safely within their family home, providing therapeutic care and early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to statutory assessments, planning and reviews, promoting participation, consultation and co-production with young people and families.
• Collaborate with the wider partnership to secure holistic support, adopting a ‘Think Family’ approach.
