Requirements
5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on backend application development.
Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot & Micronaut), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Hands‑on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, and CloudFormation.
Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle, and ORM technologies such as Hibernate and JPA2. Familiarity with Splunk and observability tools like Datadog, Mixpanel, etc.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security standards, and testing practices. Excellent communication skills with a strong consulting mindset.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to overall team growth.
