About the Role: As a fast-growing F&B startup, technology is a key enabler of our operational excellence, scalability, and customer experience. We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Software Developer to build and own our internal automation systems, business analytics infrastructure, and customer‑facing mobile app. This is not a purely coding role; you will work directly with operations, marketing, finance, and HR to translate business problems into scalable tech solutions that drive revenue, reduce cost, and improve efficiency across stores. You will have the opportunity to own the tech/product vertical and build your team as we scale.

• Develop automation solutions for store operations, manpower scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Integrate systems such as POS, accounting software, HR/payroll, etc.
• Design workflow automations to reduce manual admin at HQ and store level.
