We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML) to build and ship Generative AI solutions for enterprise platforms in banking. You will design RAG pipelines, develop agentic systems and take models from prototype to production with strong engineering standards. You will partner closely with data and platform teams to deliver reliable, secure AI experiences.
Responsibilities - Design, build and deploy production-grade machine learning and Generative AI systems
- Architect agentic and multi-agent solutions including tool and function calling workflows
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that ground outputs in enterprise data
- Improve prompt design, safety and response quality through testing and iteration
