As a Backend Engineer at Sift, you’ll play a critical role in delivering the experiences that help thousands of users navigate and understand their organization. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering team to build robust backend systems that provide smart, quick, and innovative experiences to our end users.

+ Develop and test very complex software solutions with minimal direction
+ Release and validate software, developing new deployment patterns as necessary
+ Lead software support, incident resolution and blameless reviews
+ Develop code modules and patterns useful within the team
+ Conduct exploratory or experimental work to develop prototypes
+ Guide code and design reviews for the team
+ Provide software documentation and demonstration for technical and non-technical audiences
