Senior Software Engineer – Cash App Banking Server Engineering Team

Lead the technical design, execution, and delivery of new banking experiences, collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams. Drive architectural decisions, infrastructure improvements, and deliver high‑impact solutions that shape the consumer banking landscape.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to scope, plan, design, and build new features, and maintain existing banking functionality.
• Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions within the team and with leaders across the organization.
• Design systems that fit within our microservice and event‑driven architectures.
• Hold yourself and teammates to high engineering standards.
