Position Description:

We are looking for a strong Java Production Support / Application Support Engineer with solid Core Java and Unix expertise, who can manage 24x7 offshore support, handle production issues, and work closely with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery for enterprise clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of offshore production support services for enterprise customers.
• Provide L1/L2 production support for Java-based applications, including:
o Application/system monitoring
o Incident management and root cause analysis
o Issue troubleshooting and resolution
o Bug fixing and deployment support
• Deliver 24x7 application support in a shift-based environment, including rotational shifts.
• Perform enhancements, fixes, and customizations based on client requirements.
