We build and run Pursuit (Barnowl IMS), a mission‑critical short‑term insurance administration platform used across the South African industry for quoting, policy administration, premium calculation, claims, financials, reinsurance, and regulatory reporting.

It's a large, mature. NET system carrying more than a decade of hard‑won domain logic and insurer integrations. We're modernising it incrementally onto. NET 8—deliberately, module by module—and we are not throwing the domain knowledge away. We need a senior engineer who can go into a complex, live production system, understand what it actually does, make it safe to change, and move it forward without disrupting the businesses that run on it.
