Position Overview

Responsibilities

:
  • Act as a local leader for the team and be able to communicate progress and challenges to offshore counterparts
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software engineering principles. 
  • Ensure that deployed products are adequately maintained throughout their lifecycle, including participating in on-call responsibilities.
  • Engage in design and code reviews for various products across multiple programming languages in an agile environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to translate their needs into teamwork initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and be open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
  • Make substantial technical contributions to team projects, with a focus on new enhancements, stability, and performance.
