TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Senior Engineering Manager based in Denver. This role requires in-office attendance 3 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack, frontend and backend engineers across a few squads, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Own the architecture and delivery of Kharon’s application suite—ensuring services are modular, scalable, and performant while maintaining tight alignment with platform goals.
- Establish and enforce best practices for API design (REST/GraphQL), microservices orchestration, frontend state management, and architectural documentation.
- Drive adoption of modern application tooling (e.g., React, Vue, Java and Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS-native services) and cloud-native architectural patterns.
