Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers
• Serve as the primary technical resource for designing, developing, and deploying integrations with major EHR/EMR systems, specifically Epic
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes using HL7 and FHIR
• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert for Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth
• Mentor and train Professional Services and cross-functional teams to enhance integration expertise
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to address feature requests and resolve technical issues
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and executives regarding CXA strategy
