Role Overview

The Senior Solution Integrator – IBM Netcool is a hands-on technical role responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting IBM Netcool–based event management solutions in multi-vendor telecom environments. The role focuses on probe onboarding, configuration, customization, and operational stability, working under defined architecture and standards provided by senior specialists or architects.

This role bridges solution design and operations, ensuring EMS integrations are delivered correctly, tested thoroughly, and supported reliably in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure IBM Netcool probes, including SNMP, CORBA, Kafka, JMS, and REST-based integrations, as per solution design.
• Onboard telecom EMS/NMS platforms (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Cisco, Samsung) into Netcool under guidance from senior engineers.
