Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Senior Solution-Level Software Systems Engineer to support the PAE Fires Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support the development of system-level concepts that provide solutions involving multiple systems across product offices.

• Define external interfaces, system behavior, performance characteristics, and acceptance criteria necessary to support HW and SW engineering teams.

• Support prioritization of capabilities to be worked on during each Program Increment (PI).

• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine and better understand the Initiative and Capability scope.<...
