Purpose of the position.

  • This position is responsible for designs, analyzes, and optimizes operational processes to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Leading the business requirement workshop with customers to capture customer’s requirements and translate into function specifications.

  • Oversee end-to-end solution design, including equipment, automation, and utility requirements including performance benchmarking.

  • Conduct engineering and analytical support.

  • Manage, assist and validate during testing phase.

  • Capture and translate business and customer requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Develop detailed process flows, product movement diagrams, and layout designs tailored to project.
