Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing creative, innovative menus using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to recipes and guidelines.
• Supervise and support the kitchen team during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, including cooking, plating and inventory management, minimizing wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Support the Head Chef in training, scheduling and evaluating kitchen staff.
