Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in managing the culinary department and ensuring high-quality standards in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will oversee operations in the absence of the Chef De Cuisine and support team members to enhance the guest experience.
Applicants should have a certification in Kitchen Production and Management, with a minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef or 3 years as Chef De Partie in a similar establishment. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and menu planning is essential. This position is open to locals only.
