**1) Data Analytics & Reporting**
+ Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
+ Analyze workforce, payroll, employee lifecycle, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Generate actionable insights to support business and HR leadership decision-making.
+ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems and reports.
