Position Summary
The Senior Specialist - Career Coaching is responsible for providing advice and guidance to support HCT students in making realistic and suitable career decisions and in setting and reaching their employment goals. He/she will communicate with students and potential employers during the job search period to influence mutual positive outcomes.
Main Responsibilities :
Maintain consistent and frequent communication with students and provide them with one-on-one counselling to assist them in their career exploration. Guide and advise HCT students on building resumes and cover letters, interviewing techniques, job application processes, interviewing techniques and job search techniques. Work with students to identify their skill gaps, gaps in their resumes and experience and support them in developing action plans to fill those gaps.
