We are looking for - Senior Specialist CX and UX Designer Location: Gauteng (Hybrid, Pretoria Based) Minimum Requirements: • Honours or Master's Degree in UX Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Customer Experience Design.
• 3-4 years' experience at specialist level within financial services, public sector, digital government, or regulated industries.
• 3-4 years' experience designing end-to-end business process solutions incorporating CX and UX principles.
• 3-4 years' experience leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary design projects.
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams of technical specialists.
• Proven experience in business process management and process governance frameworks.
• Experience engaging with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
