About Role:

Responsible for ensuring the execution of corporate tax related operational activities across the NAM region, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and managing relationships and interactions with tax authorities and external advisors. The role supports on driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic tax objectives through effective process management, governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance & Reporting

•Support all aspects of regional corporate tax compliance, including corporate income tax, state tax returns, withholding taxes, freight taxes and transfer pricing returns.

•Ensure accurate and timely preparation, review and submission of tax returns and related filings.

•Manage supporting workpapers, reconciliations and calculations to back up tax positions.

•Support global reporting requirements within the region, e.g. CbCR, Pillar II.
