Our client a federal entity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist - L&D (UAE National only) to join their team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities

• Design develop and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programmes across various formats (e.g. online classroom blended learning).
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
• Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
