We are looking for a Business Solution Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle ERP – Finance.
Must Have
- Business Solution Analyst with experience in Oracle ERP – Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization, or ERP Implementation.
- Process Ownership, Business Governance and Large-scale international deployments.
- Methodologies: Business Process Modelling, Requirements Management, Impact Analysis.
- ERP Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of modules (Finance, SCM, or CRM) and integrations.
- Testing: Mastery of UAT cycles, end‑to‑end testing, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
- Change: Knowledge of Change models and instructional design for training.
