We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the procurement activities for our SEA data centers.

Responsibilities

• Procure maintenance equipment, consumables, parts/materials, and rectification/repair needs for SEA data centers.
• Draft procurement contracts, execute contract approval processes and reporting procedures to maintain standardization.
• Coordinate procurement related to operation and maintenance of SEA data centers.
• Establish payment plans and contract statistics, manage contract payments, conduct project cost accounting, and provide statistical reports to management.
• Monitor contract execution and delivery status, provide clear delivery schedules across relevant departments.
• Collect and organize supplier/vendor information, maintain the supplier/vendor database.
