Job Description

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned customer‑initiated NEOBIZ and Business Checking Account (BCA) applications across workflow system.
• Ensure applications are approved and completed within the agreed TAT , maintaining high straight‑through‑processing (STP) rates.
• Actively engage customers to drive account funding post‑approval , contributing towards assigned financial and liabilities targets .
• Maximise the number of digitally initiated applications successfully approved, opened, and funded each month.
• Perform thorough pre‑screening of applications to ensure completeness of documentation and compliance with bank standards, minimising rework and downstream rejections.
• Follow up proactively with customers to resolve queries raised by Governance, Compliance, CCAM, or other stakeholders within defined timelines.
