Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the overall SME Deposits Ecosystem business proposition through targeted initiatives and strategies.
• Assist Senior Leadership to strategize increasing Mass SME and targeted sector customers’ product holdings and business transactions as the main operating account.
• Collaborate with business counterparts to ideate and provide holistic solutions (beyond Deposits products) for Mass SME and targeted sectors.
• Provide feedback and work to improve the business user experience for Targeted Industry and Mass SME.
• Identify and formulate engagement, deposits retention and growth strategies.
• Provide analysis and update on current trends and opportunities to grow Targeted Industry and Mass SME.
• Provide adequate support and guidance to the branch network (DRO, DRM, etc.) for effective sales pitch.
