Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients. 
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and clinical evaluation. 
Conduct therapy sessions to improve speech clarity, language development, voice control, and cognitive-communication skills. 
Provide swallowing assessments and dysphagia management, including recommendations for safe feeding practices. 
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, home programs, and communication strategies. 
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in patient records. 
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation and discharge planning. 
Prepare clinical reports and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
