Our team provides 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulation and characterization support across all Infineon business divisions – from Automotive to Chipcard and Security – as part of the central Backend Innovation Development Department. We model, simulate and optimize microelectronic packages, printed circuit boards and system components such as embedded passives and antennas.
