Your Role

• Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs
• Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
• Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line in case of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift
• Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with Process Integration (PI)/Unit Process (UPS)/Technology (T) to resolve
• Process route creation/release and maintenance
• Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance)
• Support new product releases, Support Production tools releases (PCRB) technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
• To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters
