As a Staff Nurse - Home Care, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide basic care such as checking and recording vital signs, maintaining patients' hygiene and assisting with daily activities like dressing or eating.
• Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
• Performing nursing procedures such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venipuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc.
• Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.
• Reporting to patients' primary care provider.
• Offer a professional source of comfort to the patients and their families.
