NurseFirst provides timely, safe, and evidence‑based clinical telephone triage and nursing advice to residents in the community. You will assess callers with acute and non‑acute medical concerns and direct them to appropriate care settings, supporting early intervention, improving access, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring safe clinical decision‑making outside hospital walls. Senior Staff Nurses also guide junior nurses, strengthen service quality, and support continuous improvement of tele‑triage services.
