+ Serve as the lead program manager for the company’s largest and most complex engineering and manufacturing program

+ Communicate with Government program office, coordinate and manage deliverables and progress for a major weapon system program with high visibility

+ Work directly with company senior leadership on program execution

+ Manage highly complex program with multiple sub-programs and program managers

+ Manage complete program management organization, including engineering, technicians, finance, contracting, purchasing, and associated functions
