Job Description

Renesas is seeking a Program Manager – NPI Excellence, Governance & PMO is responsible for driving process excellence, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework for the Power and Consumer Products (PCP) portfolio. This role serves as a key enabler of execution discipline by ensuring NPI processes, phase-gate deliverables, documentation systems, and quality management practices are standardized, optimized, and audit-ready. The individual will partner closely with PMO Leadership, Program Managers, Engineering, Quality, Operations, STO, IT and Corporate PMO teams to strengthen execution rigor, eliminate process inefficiencies, improve product development governance, and support strategic program management initiatives.
